Daycare Information & Rates

At Doggie Daycare, your dog will spend the day playing, chasing, tugging and wagging their tails with all the other fur-kids! Here are some the the benefits of Companion Doggie Daycare:

M-F Hours 7 am to 7:00 pm
learn socialization skills with other dogs
11 acres to run and play

APPLICATION EVALUATION FEE:	$25.00 (one time fee applies to 1st day)
DAYCARE HOURS:	(Mon. - Fri. 7:00am - 7:00pm)
DAYCARE RATES:	Single Visits $25.00/day
	Pup Package (5 days) $112.50 ($22.50 per day)
	Top Dog Pass (1 Month) $20.00 per day Full month paid at the beginning of each month

REQUIREMENTS:

All daycare dogs must be current and provide proof of the following vaccinations: DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies.
All daycare dogs must be over 4 months of age.
All daycare dogs must be non-aggressive and well socialized.

RATE AGREEMENT:

Payment is due day of service. Boarding fees are due at drop off.
If discounted package is desired, payment is due at the beginning of week or month.
Packages must be used during that week or month for which they are purchased.
Day substitution on available basis.
Late pick-up fee: $10 for every 15 minutes (or part thereof) past 7:00 PM.
If your dog is absent from day care for more than 1 week you are required to pay for his scheduled day(s) or forfeit his day care space.
Dogs that have reserved days must give 24 hours cancellation notice or they will be charged for that day.

Boarding & Rates

Boarding can actually be a happy non-stressful experience for your dog at Companion Club Doggie Daycare. After playing with their buddies all day, your dog will chow down on dinner and enjoy a restful evening in their own sleeping area.

BOARDING RATES:	(effective 1/1/2016)
Non Members :	$40.00 per day / per dog
Members :	$32.00 per day / per dog
	Check-out is Noon or an additional day charge will be added.

We accept checks, cash, Visa, and Mastercard.
Boarding fees are due at drop off.
Holiday Boarding requires advance notice and a deposit equal to 1/2 the boarding cost. (Nonrefundable)
Weekend drop-off or pick-up must be within 30 minutes of the appointment time or a $10.00 appointment fee will be charged. New appointment will need to be made.
Dogs that have reserved boarding (non-holiday) must give 24 hours cancellation notice or they will be charged for the boarding session.
